摘 要:提出了格栅+冷却+多功能调节+好氧+芬顿的染整废水高效处理新工艺。通过探索研究新工艺和针织面料染整废水化学成分,有针对性地将新技术应用到实际废水处理中,并与传统废水处理工艺进行对比分析,结果表明:采用新工艺改造现有染整废水处理厂,日处理量由35000m^(3)提升至53000m^(3),增量达到51.43%;出水COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、色度、总氮、氨氮、总磷等排放指标达到GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A城镇污水厂排放标准,其他指标满足GB4287-2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》,生化系统COD_(Cr)去除率由84%提升到89%,臭气产生量、污泥产生量、处理成本分别减少81000m^(3)/d、18t/d和1.22元/m^(3)。In this paper,it introduces the new highly efficient process of'grid+cooling+multifunctional regula-tion+aerobic treatment+fenton treatment'.By studying the new process and the chemical composition of dyeing and finishing wastewater of knitted fabrics,the new technology is applied to the actual wastewater treatment,and then compared with the traditional wastewater treatment process.The results show that the treatment scale of existing wastewater treatment plant can be increased from 35000 m^(3)/d to 53000 m^(3)/d by using the new treatment process with an increase rate of 51.43%.The effluent COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),chroma,TN,NH_(3)-N,TP of the of the system meet the first level A standard of GB 18918-2002"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant".Other indicators meet the GB 4287-2012"Discharge Standard of water pollutant for dyeing and finishing of textile industry".The COD_(Cr)removal rate of biochemical system increases from 84%to 89%.The amount of odor,sludge and treatment cost are reduced by 81000 m^(3)/d,18 t/d and 1.22 yuan/m^(3)respectively.
