摘  要:为提高针织运动裤松紧带压胶裤腰性能,对其裤腰使用热压贴合熔接并优化压胶工艺参数。选用针织涤仿棉双面布,对热压温度、热压时间、机器压力以及松紧带的拉伸长度4项压胶工艺参数设置单因素试验,探究各工艺参数对剥离强度的影响。结果表明:在热压温度150~170℃、热压时间20~30s、机器压力0.5~0.6MPa、拉伸长度22.5~30.0cm(松弛长度为80.0cm)条件下,压胶裤腰剥离强度最大;4项参数对剥离强度均有显著影响;热压温度、机器压力、拉伸长度对剥离强度在一定程度上具有比较显著的线性关系。In order to improve the performance of the knitted sports-pants elastic press-glued waistband and op-timize its press-gluing process parameters,the knitted sports-pants elastic waistband was fused using hot press lamination.Using knitted polyester-cotton imitation double-sided fabric,a single-factor experiment was conducted on 4 parameters of hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time,machine pressure and stretching length of the elastic band.The effects of parameters on peel strength were explored.The results show that the peel strength of the pressed rubber pants waist is best under the conditions that hot pressing temperature is 150-170℃,hot pressing time is 20~30 s,machine pressure is 0.5~0.6 MPa and tensile length is 22.5~30.0 cm(relaxation length is 80.0 cm).Significant effects of all 4 parameters on peel strength,hot pressing temperature,machine pressure and tensile length have a relatively significant linear relationship with the peel strength to some extent.
