摘  要:针对网约配送员工作安全保障的问题,从智能产品角度提出一种具有安全警示、摔倒检测、自动求救功能的智能骑手服装。结合人机交互设计理念,利用LED光源和反光织物的特点,将微控制器、传感器、石墨烯电源、控制开关等电子元件组成智能系统,采用Pycharm软件编程控制系统程序,设计开发一款多功能智能骑手服装,并进行实用性及功能性评价。结果显示:该智能骑手服装在舒适性、接受性、安全性、便捷性、智能化方面整体表现优异,在李克特5分制量表下总体得分为4.250分;最远可视距离约为300m,对摔倒判定成功率约为99%,声音求救信号传播半径约为50m。In order to ensure the work safety of online delivery workers,an intelligent rider clothing with safety warning,fall detection and automatic help seeking functions is proposed from the perspective of intelligent products.Combined with the human-computer interaction design concept and the features of LED light source and reflective fabric,the intelligent system is composed of microcontroller,sensor,graphene power supply,control switch and other electronic components,and the system program is programmed by Pycharm software.A multifunctional intelligent rider garment is designed and developed,and its practicability and functionality are evaluated.The results show that the intlligent clothing has excellent overall performance in comfort,acceptability,safety,convenience and intelligence,with an overall score of 4.250 on the five-point Likert scale.The longest visible distance of the intelligent clothing is about 300 m,the success rate of determining falls is about 99%,and the propagation radius of sound distress signal is about 50 m.
