民族地区生态移民生计资本对其社会融入的影响研究——基于宁夏银川市生态移民区的实证调查

摘　　要：提升生态移民的社会融入程度对巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果具有重要意义。本文以宁夏银川市生态移民区的生态移民为研究对象,综合采用熵值法、多项Logistic回归,研究了生计资本对生态移民社会融入的影响。结果表明:自然资本对生态移民的经济整合具有正向影响,金融资本中的人均收入指标对生态移民的经济整合呈显著正向影响,物质资本中的固定资产指标对生态移民的行为适应具有正向影响,社会资本与村民、村干部交往变量对生态移民的文化接纳具有正向影响,人力资本中的劳动能力变量对生态移民的文化接纳具有正向影响。针对此现状,本文从发展合作组织、加大实用技能培训、培育移民的生计资本三个方面提出促进移民社会融入的政策建议。Improving the social integration level of ecological migration is of great significance for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.Taking ecological migration in the ecological migration area of Yinchuan City of Ningxia as the research object,this article studies the impact of livelihood capital on the social integration of ecological migration by comprehen-sively using entropy method and multiple logistic regression.The results indicate:(1)natural capital has a positive impact upon the economic integration of ecological migration.The per capita income indicator in financial capital has a significant positive impact up-on the economic integration of ecological migration.(2)The fixed asset indicators in material capital have a positive impact upon the behavioral adaptation of ecological migration.(3)The variables of interaction with villagers and village cadres in social capital have a positive impact upon the cultural acceptance of ecological migration.The labor capacity variable in human capital has a positive im-pact on the cultural acceptance of ecological migration.In response to this situation,this article proposes policy suggestions to pro-mote the integration of immigrants into society from three aspects:developing cooperative organizations,increasing practical skills training,and cultivating their livelihood capital.
