摘　　要：脑-肠轴学说与中医学对人体的整体性认识有相契合之处。近年来神经系统和肠道菌群对脑-肠轴的作用机制逐渐明晰,同时中医药在该领域的探索实践越发深入,却也显现不少问题。这些问题出现的核心原因在于中医思维的缺乏。由于中西医对人体、疾病的认识存在差异,因此建议通过寻找突出中医药优势的研究切入点、重视辨证在研究中的作用及整合微观指标的辨证意义等途径进行解决,以期为后续此类研究的开展提供借鉴。The theory of brain-gut axis is consistent with the holistic understanding of human body in traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, the mechanism of action of nervous system and intestinal flora on brain-intestinal axis is gradually clear. Meanwhile, the exploration and practice of traditional Chinese medicine in this field is getting deeper and deeper, but many problems have appeared. The core reason for these problems lies in the lack of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine. Due to the differences in understanding of the human body and diseases between Chinese and western medicine, it is suggested to find the breakthrough point to highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, pay attention to the role of syndrome differentiation in research and integrate the significance of syndrome differentiation of micro indicators to solve the problem, so as to provide reference for the follow-up of such research.
