摘　　要：提出了一种新型电子工业洁净厂房用空调系统MAU+FFU+DCCS,属于空调技术领域,通过干盘管和百叶风口的配合,改善了空调系统,减少了干盘管的使用数量,降低了系统造价,实现了洁净室内的温湿度和洁净度稳定,对于降低工程造价有重要意义,具有广阔的应用前景。This paper proposes a new type of electronic industrial clean room air conditioning system MAU+FFU+DCCS,which belongs to the field of air conditioning technology.Through thecombinationof dry coils and single-layergrill,air conditioning systemisimproved,and the numberof dry coilsisreduced.the system costisreduced,the stability of temperature,humidity,and cleanliness in the clean room is achieved.It is important to reduce the cost of engineering and has broad application prospects.
