摘　　要：南京长江都市智慧总部集会议、办公及休闲服务等多功能于一体,空调冷热源及空调系统根据各区域的使用性质及特点分别设置。本文主要从建筑室、内外的风环境模拟、空调系统形式的选择、BIM正向设计、暖通自控、能耗分析等方面,介绍了该项目的空调设计。Nanjing Yangtze River Metropolis Smart Headquarters integrates conference,office and leisure services.The air conditioning cold and heat sources and air conditioning systems are set according to the use nature and characteristics of each area.This paper mainly introduces the air-conditioning design of the project from the aspects of indoor and outdoor wind environment simulation,selection of air-conditioning system form,BIM forward design,HVAC automation,energy consumption analysis,etc.
