溴化锂机组产汽量下降原因分析及整改措施

摘　　要：某工厂升温型吸收式溴化锂热泵利用脱烷烃塔顶循环烷烃的冷回流作为热源,生产0.35 MPa的蒸汽。2022年6月初,溴化锂机组出现多种运行异常情况,产汽量逐渐下降。介绍了溴化锂机组工艺流程及工作原理,分析了机组出现异常情况及引起产汽量下降的原因,并根据产汽量下降的原因对机组进行检修,检修后机组产汽量恢复正常。The temperature-rising absorption lithium bromide heat pump in a plant uses the cold reflux of circulating alkanes at the top of dealkylation tower as the heat source to produce 0.35 MPa steam.At the beginning of June of 2022,there were many abnormal operating conditions of lithium bromide heat pump,and the steam output gradually decreased.Introduced the technological process and working principle of lithium bromide heat pump,analyzed the abnormal situations of lithium bromide heat pump and the reasons for the decrease of steam production,and overhauled lithium bromide heat pump according to the reasons for the decrease of steam production,and the steam production of lithium bromide heat pump returned to normal after overhaul.
