摘 要:目的探讨内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市饮水型砷病区改水前不同季节井水砷氟分布特征及相关因素,为饮水型地方性砷中毒的进一步防控提供基础数据和参考依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,选择内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市杭锦后旗某乡改水前A、B、C三社的309例压把井进行监测调查,采用氢化物原子荧光光度法进行水砷含量测定,采用离子选择电极法进行水氟含量测定。对不同季节砷氟含量比较采用秩和检验,对水砷、水氟及相关因素采用Spearman秩相关分析。结果对309例压把井进行水砷、水氟含量及相关因素监测,结果显示,研究地区不同季度的水砷含量、水氟含量、气温、水温、气压、pH值和湿度差异有统计学意义(Z=41.287、18.555、266.880、217.952、264.027、123.552、255.409,P<0.05)。水砷和水氟含量呈正相关(r=0.179,P<0.05)。气温、气压、pH值与水砷含量呈负相关(r=-0.140、-0.150、-0.117,P<0.05)。成井时间、采样季度、湿度、pH值与水氟含量呈正相关(r=0.327、0.153、0.322、0.308,P<0.05)。井深、气温、水温与水氟含量呈负相关(r=-0.625、-0.194、-0.185,P<0.05)。结论内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市饮水型砷病区居民水砷含量和水氟含量有明显的季节差异,应根据其季节分布特征及相关因素进行地方性砷中毒的进一步防控。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of arsenic and fluorine in different seasons and its related factors before water conversion in well water in drinking water type arsenic wards of Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to provide basic data and reference bases for further prevention and control of drinking water type arsenic poisoning.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to monitor and investigate 309 cases of wells in communities A,B,and C of a township before water improvement in Hangjin Houqi,Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Hydride atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to determine water arsenic content,and ion-selective electrode method was used to determine water fluorine content.The rank sum test was used for the comparison of arsenic and fluorine content in different seasons,and the Spearman rank correlation analysis was used for water arsenic,water fluorine,and related factors.Results The content of water arsenic,water fluorine,and the related factors were monitored in 309 wells.It was showed that water arsenic,water fluorine,air temperature,water temperature,air pressure,pH,and humidity were statistically significant differences in different quarters in the study area(Z=41.287,18.555,266.880,217.952,264.027,123.552,255.409,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between water arsenic and water fluorine content(r=0.179,P<0.05).Air temperature,air pressure,and pH were negatively correlated with water arsenic content(r=-0.140,-0.150,-0.117,P<0.05).The well completion time,sampling season,humidity,and pH were positively correlated with water fluorine content(r=0.327,0.153,0.322,0.308,P<0.05).The well depth,air temperature,and water temperature were negatively correlated with water fluorine content(r=-0.625,-0.194,-0.185,P<0.05).Conclusion There is an obvious seasonal difference between water arsenic content and water fluorine content in drinking water type arsenic wards of Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Further prevention and
