摘　　要：目的了解2022年内蒙古自治区各级疾病预防控制机构(简称“疾控机构”)卫生应急能力现状,分析现存问题,为进一步完善内蒙古自治区卫生应急能力工作提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计问卷,各级疾控机构自填与现场抽样评估相结合的方式,从应急建设、队伍建设、应急保障、应急处置等方面对内蒙古自治区117家盟(市)及旗(县)级疾控机构卫生应急能力进行评估,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,计量资料采用方差分析。结果内蒙古自治区东、中、西部地区各级疾控机构卫生应急能力总分均值差异有统计学意义(F_(盟/市)=3.432,P=0.041;F_(旗/县)=6.642,P=0.003),多重比较结果显示盟(市)级东部地区卫生应急能力总分高于中部地区,旗(县)级东、中部地区卫生应急能力总分均高于西部地区。结论内蒙古自治区疾控机构卫生应急组织建设覆盖率低,各地区卫生应急能力水平存在差异,尤以西部地区和旗(县)级疾控机构卫生应急能力建设问题显著,需进一步加强和推进内蒙古自治区疾控机构卫生应急能力建设,提高疾控机构卫生应急能力水平,对维护内蒙古自治区公共卫生安全至关重要。Objective To understand the current situation of health emergency response capacity of disease prevention and control agencies(referred to as CDC agencies)at all levels in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2022,analyze the existing problems,and provide a reference basis for further improving the work of health emergency response capacity in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to assess the health emergency response capacity of 117 league(city)and banner(county)level CDC agencies in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by combining self-completion by CDC agencies at all levels with on-site sampling assessment in terms of emergency response construction,team building,emergency response security,and emergency response disposal.The comparison of the rates was made by using the χ^(2) test,and the measurement information was analyzed by using the analysis of variance.Results The differences between the mean scores of the total health emergency response capacity in the eastern,central and western regions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was statistically significant at levels of CDC agencies(F_(league/city)=3.432,P=0.041;F_(banner/county)=6.642,P=0.003),and the results of multiple comparisons showed that the total scores of the health emergency response capacity in the eastern region at the league(city)level were higher that in the central region,and the total scores of the health emergency response capacity in the eastern and central regions at the banner(county)level were both higher than that in the western region.Conclusion The coverage of emergency response organization building of CDC agencies in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is low,and there are differences in the level of health emergency response capacity in various regions,especially in the western region and at the banner(county)level of health emergency response capacity building of CDC agencies is a significant problem.It is necessary to further strengthen and promote the construction of health emergency resp
