摘　　要：目的研究经食管超声心动图评估左心耳最大容积(LAA-V)、形态与功能在心源性脑卒中患者致病中的作用。方法选取120例急性脑卒中患者,经食管超声心动图评估LAA-V、形态及功能等参数,Logistic回归分析确定心源性脑卒中发生的影响因素。结果左心耳最大容积、开口面积、血流速度、长径和射血分数是心源性脑卒中的关键影响因素。结论心源性脑卒中患者经食管超声心动图测定的左心耳参数异常,且相关指标是心源性脑卒中发生的影响因素。Objective To investigate the role of transesophageal echocardiography in evaluating the pathogenesis of left atrial appendage-volume(LAA-V),morphology,and function in patients with cardiogenic stroke.Methods A cohort of 120 patients with acute stroke were selected.LAA-V,morphology and function were evaluated by transesophageal echocardiography,and the influencing factors of cardiogenic stroke were determined by Logistic regression analysis.Results Volume,opening area,blood flow velocity,length,and ejection fraction of the left atrial appendage were key factors influencing cardiogenic stroke.Conclusions Left atrial appendage parameters measured by transesophageal echocardiography are abnormal in patients with cardiogenic stroke,and the above indicators are influencing factors of cardiogenic stroke.
