摘  要:加快培育新型职业农民是助力乡村振兴、促进农业农村现代化发展的必然举措。在数字化转型视阈下,数字技术愈发成为驱动新型职业农民角色调适、培育模式变革的关键力量,为培育高质量新型职业农民注入了新动能。数字时代的到来引发了新型职业农民角色需求的转变,需基于角色理论探讨新型职业农民的角色调适诉求,着力培育新型职业农民的认知思维、创新能力及数字技能,依托资源共享、环境营造、信息传递等方式提升新型职业农民的培育效能,并通过加大数字素养培养培训、打造数字化培养体系、完善数字治理结构等实践路径,为开创农业农村发展新局面提供坚实的人力基础和保障。Accelerating the training of new types of professional farmers is an inevitable measure to help revitalize the countryside and promote the modernization and development of agriculture and rural areas.Under the threshold of digital transformation,digital technology has increasingly become a key force driving the adaptation of the roles and changes in the cultivation mode of new professional farmers,injecting new momentum into the cultivation of high-quality new professional farmers.The arrival of the digital era has triggered a change in the role demands of new professional farmers,and it is necessary to explore the role adaptation demands of new professional farmers based on the role theory,focus on cultivating the cognitive thinking,innovation and digital skills of new professional farmers,and enhance the cultivation effectiveness of new professional farmers based on the methods of resource sharing,environment creation,and information transmission.And through increasing digital literacy training,creating a digital training system,improving the digital governance structure and other practical paths,to provide a solid human foundation and guarantee for creating a new situation of agricultural and rural development.
