摘 要:机场业作为资本密集型的公共基础设施行业,具有显著的公益性和经济效应,探讨其发展效率对交通强国建设至关重要。基于2004-2019年除西藏外中国内地地区30个省份面板数据,采用SBM-Malmquist指数模型和Dagum基尼系数,考察机场业全要素生产率的时空特征。研究发现:16年间中国机场业全要素生产率保持上行趋势,但整体水平较低且具有明显的省际和区域非均衡性;中国各省份机场业全要素生产率总的区域差异呈升降交替出现的M型走势,区域内差异东部最大,区域间差异主要表现在东部与中西部之间,区域间差异是区域差异的主要来源。As a capital-intensive public infrastructure industry, the airport industry has significant public welfare and economic effects, and exploring its development efficiency is crucial to the construction of a strong transportation country. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China's mainland except Tibet from 2004-2019, the SBM-Malmquist index model and Dagum Gini coefficient are used to examine the spatial and temporal characteristics of total factor productivity in the airport industry. The research finds that the total factor productivity of China's airport industry maintains an upward trend over the past 16 years, but the overall level is low and shows obvious inter-provincial and regional unevenness;the total regional differences in total factor productivity of China's airport industry across provinces are alternating in an M pattern with rises and falls;the intra-regional differences are the largest in the East;the inter-regional differences are mainly between the East and the Midwest;the inter-regional differences are the primary source of regional variation.
