摘　　要：支线航空高质量发展是落实“双循环”战略,为交通强国建设贡献民航力量的必然要求。从我国支线航空发展现状和存在问题入手,提出要树立开放共赢的发展理念,统筹各方资源实现协同发展;要构建多业态融合的发展路径,实现产业联动发展;要探索多元化的发展模式,将满足旅客出行需求作为根本引领。同时在规划发展思路、资源配置机制以及产品开发等方面提出具体对策与建议。The high-quality development of regional aviation is an inevitable requirement to achieve the “dual circulation” development pattern and contributing civil aviation strength to the construction of a strong transportation country. Starting with the development status and existing problems of China's regional airlines,this paper proposed to establish an open and win-win development concept and coordinate all parties to achieve coordinated development;It is necessary to build a development path for the integration of multiple business types and realize the industrial linkage development;We should explore diversified development models and take meeting the travel needs of passengers as the fundamental driving force. At the same time,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of planning and development ideas,resource allocation mechanism and product development.
