摘 要:肠道菌群作为人体内最重要的微生物群落,可参与调控多种生理病理过程。其中双歧杆菌作为肠道中的主要益生菌之一,在维持人体健康中发挥重要作用,随着对其研究不断深入,发现双歧杆菌与骨代谢平衡密切相关,进而影响骨质疏松症发生发展。笔者检索国内外相关文献对双歧杆菌及其代谢产物通过调控M1/M2巨噬细胞极化、“Breg-Treg-Th17”细胞轴、肠道炎症、维生素D吸收以及骨形态发生蛋白-2、富含半胱氨酸型酸性蛋白等相关基因表达维持骨代谢平衡进行综述,旨在为进一步研究骨质疏松症提供参考和依据。As the most important microbial community in human body,intestinal flora can be involved in regulating various physiological and pathological processes.Bifidobacterium,as one of the main probiotics in the gut,plays an important role in maintaining human health.With the continuous deepening of research on bifidobacterium,it has been found that it is closely related to bone metabolic balance,thus affecting the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.In this paper,relevant literature at home and abroad was searched to review the maintenance of bone metabolic balance by bifidobacterium and its metabolites through regulation of M1/M2 macrophage polarization,“Breg-Treg-Th17”cell axis,intestinal inflammation,vitamin D absorption,and expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2,cysteine-rich acidic protein and other related genes.The aim is to provide reference and basis for further research on osteoporosis.
