摘  要:肌少症是与增龄相关的进行性骨骼肌量减少、肌肉力量和(或)肌肉功能下降的综合征。CT是评估骨骼肌成分的有效成像技术之一,能对肌量和肌质进行评估。其相对于其他检测方式,具备一定优势和应用前景。此外,近期研究将AI应用于CT诊断肌少症中,虽取得一定进展,但仍有不足。笔者对CT评估肌少症的应用和研究现状作一综述,为今后关于肌少症的临床和研究工作提供新思路。Sarcopenia is a syndrome characterized by progresssive loss of skeletal muscle mass muscle strength,and/or muscle function associated with aging.CT is one of the effective imaging techniques for evaluating skeletal muscle composition,which can assess muscle mass and quality.Compared to other detection method,it has certain advantages and application prospects.In addition,recent studies have applied AI to CT diagnosis of sarcopenia,although some progress has been made,there are still shortcomings.This article provides a review of the application and research status of CT evaluation of sarcopenia,which provide new ideas for future clinical and research work on sarcopenia.
