摘　　要：咽峡炎链球菌群过去被认为是口腔正常菌群。随着诊断技术的进步,日益增多的病例报道证实咽峡炎链球菌群可作为机会致病菌引发一系列致死性感染疾病。因此,本文对咽峡炎链球菌群作为机会致病菌引发的疾病及其相关致病机制做一综述。Streptococcus anginosus group(SAG)used to be considered as normal oral flora.With the advancement of diagnostic techniques,an increasing number of case reports confirm that SAG group can be an opportunistic pathogen causing a series of fatal infection.Therefore,this article reviews the diseases caused by SAG as opportu-nistic pathogens and its related pathogenic mechanisms.
