摘 要:现代孢粉研究对于理解孢粉的散布规律和与现代植被、气候之间的关系具有重要作用,能够为正确解释化石孢粉提供可靠依据。结合植被样方调查结果,对研究区8种植物群系下采集的24个山地表层样品进行现代孢粉雨分析,结果表明,除了黄背栎林/灌丛带,其余植被群系下的孢粉组合均能较好地反映其母体植被的组成特征。对研究区4个乔木建群种的花粉R值研究表明,硬叶常绿栎类花粉(1.65)具超代表性,冷杉属(0.50)、云杉属(0.30)和落叶松属(0.21)具低代表性。对22个地带性山地表层样品的RDA分析结果表明,年均温(MAT)是影响研究区植被分布的主控因子,年均降水(MAP)和夏季平均降水(MSP)次之;硬叶常绿栎类、云杉属、落叶松属和蔷薇科等属种表现出与MAT之间显著的正相关性,冷杉属表现出与MSP之间较强的正相关性,莎草科、毛茛科和杜鹃花科等属种表现出与MAP之间较强的正相关性。对20个湖泊表层样品的现代孢粉雨分析结果表明,湖流作用、湖周植被分布和地表径流是影响孢粉在湖中运输和分布的主要因素。它们依次造成了中-大型花粉(如松属、冷杉属和杜鹃花科等)和小型花粉(如硬叶常绿栎类、桦木属和蔷薇科等)分别在湖岸带和湖心带的富集、冷杉属和硬叶常绿栎类花粉分别在湖泊西部和东部位置的富集、以及莎草科花粉和蕨类孢子在河流入湖口附近的富集。将山地表层和湖泊表层两类样品进行综合对比,发现湖泊表层样品的孢粉组合主要代表了湖周和流域上游植被的平均状态,且拥有比山地表层样品更强的区域代表性和变化稳定性。因此,我们建议使用湖泊表层样品来建立现代孢粉数据库和指导伍须海化石孢粉研究。This study conducted modern pollen analysis in Lake Wuxu(29.1499°~29.1605°N,101.3970°~101.4081°E)and the surrounding mountains in southwestern Sichuan Province.A total of 24 mountain surface samples(23 moss samples and 1 topsoil sample)were collected across 8 different vegetation communities,ranging in elevation from 3499 m to 4269 m.A total of 20 lake surface samples(top 1 cm column sample)were collected at various locations and depths in the lake.Furthermore,utilizing data from 756 weather stations in China spanning from 1981 to 2010,the thin plate spline interpolation algorithm was employed to derive the corresponding MAT,MST,MWT,MAP,MSP,and MWP for each mountain surface sample point.By integrating the outcomes of vegetation surveys and Redundancy Analysis(RDA),we analyzed the pollen assemblages of surface samples from mountainous region and lake area,and explored the relationship between pollen,vegetation,and climate.The main results are as follows:The pollen analysis conducted on mountain surface samples reveals notable variations in pollen assemblages across different vegetation communities,which highlight distinct representative components and well reflect the compositional characteristics of their parent plants,with the exception of the Quercus guyavifolia forest/shrub zone.The calculated pollen R value for the four dominant tree species indicate that the pollen of sclerophyllous evergreen Quercus(1.65)is highly representative,while Abies(0.50),Picea(0.30),and Larix(0.21)exhibit low representativeness.The RDA results of 22 zonal mountain surface samples indicate that species such as sclerophyllous evergreen Quercus,Picea,Larix and Rosaceae show a strong positive correlation with MAT,Abies shows a strong positive correlation with MSP,and species such as Cyperaceae,Ranunculaceae and Ericaceae exhibit a strong positive correlation with MAP.The pollen analysis conducted on lake surface samples reveals that lake current,the surrounding vegetation distribution,and surface runoff are the main factors influen
