摘 要:纤维素的晶体结构、结晶度对纤维材料介电性能有很大影响,直接影响纤维素材料静电感应性能。本研究以竹浆纤维为原材料,通过不同的热压条件控制纤维素结晶度,利用XRD、FTIR、静电计等手段,对循环处理后纤维素的结晶度、分子结构变化、电学性能等进行分析,探究纤维素结晶度与纸张抗张指数、纤维电学性能之间的关系。结果表明,竹浆纤维纸张的抗张指数随其结晶度的升高略有降低,而静电感应性能有上升趋势。This study aims to investigate the impact of different fiber crystallinity on the electrical properties of fiber,with the objective of gaining a better understanding of fiber behavior and enhancing fiber modification for desired material production.Bamboo pulp fiber was utilized as the raw material,and its crystallinity was controlled by subjecting it to varying hotpressing conditions.XRD,FTIR,and electrometer analyses were conducted to characterize the crystallinity,molecular structure,and electrical properties of the fiber after undergoing repeated cycle treatments.The relationship between fiber crystallinity and fiber electrical properties was explored.The findings indicate that,within a certain range,the bamboo pulp fiber’s tribological electric properties increase with higher crystallinity when subjected to multiple cycle treatments.
