摘  要:为保证某高度为115.5 m的LNG火炬塔架和排气筒满足强度和稳定性要求,采用STAAD.Pro软件建立结构三维数值模型,对结构在风载荷、地震载荷、温度载荷作用下的构件内力与变形计算并对排气筒进行振动特性分析。计算结果表明:结构在基本载荷及组合工况下强度和稳定性均满足规范要求。同时,结构前10阶振型对应的雷诺数在亚临界范围之内,说明塔架会产生涡激共振,进而给出相应的减振措施。塔架的第3节段是综合应力最大节点,应用ANSYS有限元分析对该节点进行分析核算,得出最大等效应力点位于塔架柱与横杆连接点根部,σ_(max)=286.09 MPa。该值小于材料的抗拉强度,说明节点具有足够的承载力。For purpose of making LNG elevated flare derrick and vent stack 115.5 m in height comply with the strength and stability requirements,having STAAD.Pro software adopted to establish their 3D numerical model was implemented,including analyzing their internal forces,deformation and the vent stack’s vibration characteristics under the wind load,earthquake load and the temperature load.The calculation results show that,their strength and stability comply with the code requirements under basic load and combined working conditions;and meanwhile,their Reynolds number corresponding to the first 10-order vibration modes stays within a subcritical range,this indicates that the LNG elevated flare derrick will produce vortex-excited resonance and the solutions to it should be presented.In addition,ANSYS was adopted to analyze the flare derrick’s third segment where the maximum combined stress node exists.The results show that,the maximum equal effect force point exists at the root of the connection point between the torch derrick pillar and the crossbar(σ_(max)=286.09 MPa).This value is less than the tensile strength of the material and indicates that the node has sufficient bearing capacity.
