摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,整合科技创新资源,引领发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业,加快形成新质生产力。本文以工会助推工人阶级促进新质生产力形成为视角,探析新质生产力、工会、工人阶级三者之间的内在逻辑,以及工会引导工人阶级参与创新创造的实践路径。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that integrating scientific and technological innovation resources,leading the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries,and accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces.The paper takes the perspective of trade unions helping the working class to promote the formation of new-quality productive forces to analyze the internal logic between new-quality productive forces,trade unions and the working class,as well as the practical path for trade unions to guide the working class to participate in innovation and creativity.
