摘　　要：胃癌患病率高、致死率高,免疫靶向治疗为晚期胃癌患者提供了新的治疗选择。但并非所有胃癌患者都能从抗程序性死亡受体1及其配体和抗细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4的单克隆抗体治疗中获益,因此发掘新的免疫检查点成为未来治疗趋势。本文归纳分析了新型免疫检查点T细胞活化的V结构域免疫球蛋白抑制因子、B7同源物3和淋巴细胞活化基因3的生物学特性及其对胃癌发生、进展的影响,同时评估了对应免疫抑制剂在临床试验前和临床试验中的有效性,以期为胃癌的靶向治疗提供一定的理论参考。Gastric cancer has a high prevalence and mortality.Immune⁃targeted therapy provides a new treatment option for patients with advanced gastric cancer.However,not all gastric cancer patients can benefit from the treatment with monoclonal antibodies against programmed death⁃1 and its ligand and cytotoxic T lymphocyte⁃associated antigen⁃4,so discovering new immune checkpoints will become the future treatment trend.This article summarized and analyzed the biological characteristics of new immune checkpoints V⁃domain immunoglobulin suppressor of T cell activation,B7 homologue 3 and lymphocyte activation gene⁃3,and their effects on the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and evaluated the effectiveness of corresponding immunosuppressive agents in preclinical and clinical trials,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the targeted therapy of gastric cancer.
