后冬奥背景下河北省冬季户外拓展项目开发及推广研究

摘　　要：对后冬奥背景下河北省冬季户外冰雪拓展项目的开发及发展前景进行了分析。结果表明:目前项目设计、推广和运营方面缺乏经验,与文化、民俗契合度不高,专业人才培养和引进方面无法满足行业发展需求。对此,应以历史文化、冬奥文化为本源设计户外冰雪拓展项目,加大宣传及招商引资力度,充分利用政策优势和互联网优势,对内强化师资培养力度、对外加大专业人才引进力度,推动区域联动发展机制,促进冬季户外拓展项目与文旅产业全面融合。The development and prospects of winter outdoor ice and snow expansion projects in Hebei Province in the post-Winter Olympics context were analyzed.The results show that there is currently a lack of experience in project design,promotion and operation,a low degree of compatibility with culture and folk customs,and the training and introduction of professional talents cannot meet the needs of industry development.In this regard,we should design outdoor ice and snow expansion projects based on history,culture and Winter Olympics culture,increase publicity and investment attraction,make full use of policy advantages and Internet advantages,strengthen teacher training internally,increase the introduction of professional talents externally,promote the regional linkage development mechanism and promote the comprehensive integration of winter outdoor expansion projects and the cultural tourism industry.
