摘  要:围绕唐山市资源型经济转型对高层次人才的现实需求,以高层次人才柔性引进机制创新的必要性分析与可行性论证为基础,构建稳定高效的区域人才柔性引进机制框架体系,探究资源型经济转型背景下高层次人才柔性引进机制创新思路与实施路径,为深化资源型地区人才体制机制改革和人才发展政策创新提供理论参考。Based on the practical demand for high-level talents in the resource-based economic transformation of Tangshan City,and the necessary analysis and feasibility demonstration of the innovation of the flexible introduction mechanism for high-level talents,a stable and efficient framework system for the flexible introduction mechanism of regional talents is constructed,the innovative ideas and implementation paths of the flexible introduction mechanism for high-level talents are explored under the background of resource-based economic transformation,and theoretical reference for deepening the reform of the talent system and mechanism in resource-based regions and the innovation of talent development policies are provided.
