因地制宜在兰州地区从痰湿论治糖尿病前期  

Treating Pre-diabetes in Terms of Phlegm Dampness in Lanzhou According to Local Conditions

摘　　要：因地制宜是中医治疗的基本原则之一,从实际出发,根据地区差异,来制订相应的治疗方案。兰州地处西北,本地寒冷的气候易伤及脾阳,损及脾气,以致脾失健运,产生痰湿。本研究通过观察兰州本地临床病例,总结临床经验,发现部分糖尿病前期属于痰湿中阻证,以燥湿健脾,祛痰除湿为治则遣方用药,可显著提高临床疗效。Adaptation to local conditions is one of the basic principles in Chinese medical treatments.In essence,it is to formulate treatment plan according to the regional differences.Lanzhou is located in the northwest of China.The cold climate can impair Spleen Yang and cause damage to Spleen Qi.Then the dysfunction of the spleen leads to phlegm dampness.The authors discovered that part of pre-diabetes pertain to phlegm dampness obstruction syndrome by the way of observing Lanzhou local cases and suming up clinical experiences.Choose formulae and drug by strengthening spleen and dehumidifying expectorant can improve therapeutic eff ects signifi cantly.
