边疆民族地区社会主义意识形态建设的“心”路径——基于积极社会心态培育的视角

摘　　要：加强边疆民族地区社会主义意识形态建设是中国式现代化征程中的必然议题。社会心态是社会发展的晴雨表,培育积极社会心态是推动边疆民族地区社会主义意识形态建设的应然要求。从内在逻辑来看,边疆民族地区社会主义意识形态为积极社会心态培育提供方向指引,而积极社会心态是社会主义意识形态发挥引领作用的心理基础。从实践进路来看,发展是解决民族地区各种问题的总钥匙,所以首先要推动边疆民族地区高质量发展,夯实积极社会心态培育的物质基础;其次,构筑中华民族共有精神家园,用党的创新理论武装头脑,强化社会主义核心价值观的引领作用,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,汇聚积极社会心态培育的精神力量;最后要加强社会心理服务体系建设,优化社会心理服务能力,蓄能积极社会心态培育的心理动力。It is an inevitable issue to strengthen the construction of socialist ideology in the frontier minority areas in the process of Chinese-style modernization.Social mentality is the barometer of social development,and cultivating positive social mentality is the necessary requirement of promoting the construction of socialist ideology in the frontier minority areas.From the perspective of internal logic,the socialist ideology in the frontier minority areas provides direction for the cultivation of positive social psychology,which is the psychological basis for socialist ideology to play a leading role.From the perspective of practice,development is the key to solve all kinds of problems in ethnic areas,thus we need to:firstly promote high-quality development of ethnic areas in the border areas and lay a solid material foundation for cultivating positive social psychology;secondly build a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation,arm our minds with the Party's innovative theories,strengthen the leading role of core socialist values,forge a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation,and gather spiritual strength nurtured by a positive social attitude;and lastly strengthen the construction of social psychological service system,optimize the ability of social psychological service,and store the psychological power of cultivating positive social mentality.
