摘　　要：在国际环境不确定性风险日益增加的背景下,增强韧性对企业发展具有重要意义。将企业韧性刻画为稳健性和敏捷性两个维度,实证检验参与全球价值链和数字化能力对企业韧性的影响。研究发现,全球价值链参与对企业韧性有双重影响。GVC企业受冲击后保持运营的概率更小,销售额下降更大,稳健性越弱,但更有能力调整其生产或服务,创新业务模式,敏捷性较高。国家工业实力强可减轻对GVC企业的冲击,增强其稳健性。具备数字化能力的企业受冲击后稳健性强,数字化对商业模式调整影响显著,但对生产服务转变影响不明显。在高收入国家和低技术制造业中,数字化对企业韧性的影响更为显著。Against the backdrop of increasing uncertainty and risk in the international environment,enhancing resilience is of great significance for the development of enterprises.Characterizing corporate resilience as two dimensions:robustness and agility,empirically testing the impact of participating in the global value chain and digital capabilities on corporate resilience.Research has found that global value chain participation has a dual impact on corporate resilience.GVC enterprises have a lower probability of maintaining operations after being impacted,a greater decrease in sales,and weaker robustness,but are more capable of adjusting their production or services,innovating business models,and having high agility.A strong national industrial strength can alleviate the impact on GVC enterprises and enhance their robustness.Enterprises with digital capabilities have strong robustness after being impacted,and digitalization has a significant impact on business model adjustments,but its impact on production service transformation is not significant.In high-income countries and low tech manufacturing,digitalization has a more significant impact on corporate resilience.
