自贸试验区设立对我国城市产业结构升级的影响研究

摘　　要：选取2000—2021年中国292个地级市相关数据,通过双重差分法就自贸试验区设立对城市产业结构升级的影响进行了系统分析。研究发现:自贸试验区的设立会对城市产业结构升级带来积极效应,并主要通过金融发展和有效政府干预发挥促进作用;自贸试验区对城市产业结构升级的促进作用随着地区物流水平的提升而提升;在数字经济快速发展的背景下,该促进作用在数字经济发展水平高的城市中较数字经济发展低的城市更为显著。未来,应统筹推动不同自贸试验区产业协同,在金融、物流、数字经济等方面加大优化布局,助力城市产业数字化转型升级。Select the data of 292 prefecture-level cities of China from 2000 to 2021,this paper systematically analyzes the impact of the establishment of free trade zones on the upgrading of urban industrial structure through the method of difference-difference.This paper found that establishing the pilot free trade zone will positively affect upgrading urban industrial structure and play a promoting role,mainly through financial development and effective government intervention.Promoting the development of the city's industrial structure is encouraged by improving the regional logistics level.In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy,it is more significant in cities with low digital growth and low digital economy.In the future,it is necessary to coordinate and promote industrial coordination among different pilot free trade zones,optimize the layout in finance,logistics,digital economy and other aspects,and help urban industries'digital transformation and upgrading.
