摘 要:黄河流域面临的能源问题突出,研究黄河流域能源产业健康发展有助于推动黄河流域的生态保护与高质量发展。基于虚拟最劣解TOPSIS和灰色关联度的动态评价模型测度2010—2021年黄河流域9省区能源产业链韧性,采用核密度估计、GIS空间分析技术研究黄河流域区域能源产业链韧性的时空分异动态演进特征。结果表明:黄河流域9省区能源产业链韧性水平整体呈稳步上升态势,但不同省份之间韧性水平差异明显。分维度看,抵御能力略有增强,恢复能力与更新能力显著增强,再组织能力有所减弱;分区域看,西部地区省份能源产业链韧性较低,而东部地区的山东省能源产业链韧性水平优势显著。研究为提升能源产业链韧性水平、推动黄河流域能源结构转型提供了新的思路。The energy problems of the Yellow River Basin are prominent,and studying the healthy development of the energy industry in the Yellow River Basin will help promote ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.The dynamic evaluation model based on virtual worst-case TOPSIS and grey relational analysis measures the resilience of the energy industry chain in nine provinces of the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021.Utilizing kernel density estimationand GIS spatial analysis techniques,the spatiotemporal differentiation of the resilience of the energy industry chain in the Yellow River Basin are studied.The results indicate:The overall resilience level of the energy industry chain in the nine provinces of the Yellow River Basin has been improved,but there are clear differences between the two levels.The resilience of the energy industry chain in western provinces of the Yellow River Basin is low,while the resilience level of the energy industry chain in the eastern province of Shandong has a significant advantage;The industry chain's resistance has been slightly increased,and its recovery and renewal capabilities have shown a clear upward trend,while the reorganization capability declines.This study can provide new inspiration to improve the resilience level of the energy chain and facilitate the transition of the energy structure in the Yellow River Basin.
