摘  要:安徽引江济淮蜀山船闸工程混凝土的早期碳化深度较大,对采用回弹法进行混凝土的强度评定造成了较大的影响,也在一定程度上影响了混凝土的耐久性使用寿命。从碳化抑制剂种类、开始涂刷时间和涂刷遍数等方面,研究了碳化抑制剂对混凝土碳化深度的影响。结果表明:氟硅酸镁类碳化抑制剂的抗碳化效果要优于硅酸钠类的;碳化抑制剂的开始涂刷时间越早,混凝土的抗碳化性能越好;碳化抑制剂的涂刷遍数越多,抗碳化效果越好,以涂刷2~3遍为宜;采用氟硅酸镁类碳化抑制剂可大大降低混凝土的碳化深度,值得在工程中推广应用,尤其是对耐久性要求较高的低标号大体积混凝土工程。The early carbonation depth of the concrete for the Shushan Shiplock of the Yangtze-to-Huaihe Water Diversion Project in Anhui is relatively large,which has a significant impact on the strength evaluation of concrete using rebound method and also to some extent affects the durability and service life of concrete.The influence of carbonation inhibitors on the depth of concrete carbonation was studied from the aspects of the types of carbonation inhibitors,the start time of coating,and the number of coating.The results show that the anti-carbonization effect of magnesium fluorosilicate based carbonization inhibitors is better than that of sodium silicate based carbonization inhibitors;the earlier the start of coating of carbonation inhibitors,the better the carbonation resistance of concrete;the more times a carbonization inhibitor is applied,the better its anti-carbonization effect,and it is advisable to coat 2-3 times;the use of magnesium fluorosilicate carbonation inhibitors can greatly reduce the carbonation depth of concrete,and is worthy of promotion and application in engineering,especially in low grade large volume concrete projects with high durability requirements.
