银屑病相关精神障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病。越来越多的研究发现银屑病与精神障碍疾病之间关系密切,包括抑郁症、焦虑症、睡眠障碍、自杀风险等。兹对银屑病与精神障碍共病的临床现状、评估量表、致病机制和治疗措施方面进行综述,旨在深化对银屑病患者相关精神障碍的认识。Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent,and inflammatory skin disease.An increasing body of research shows that psoriasis is closely related to mental disorders,including depression,anxiety,sleep disorders,and suicide risk.This paper reviews the current status of clinical researches,assessment scales,pathogenesis and treatment measures in comorbidity of psoriasis and mental disorders,in order to deepen the understanding of psoriasis-related mental disorders.
