摘　　要：病理性瘢痕是创伤后皮肤组织过度增生的结果,主要包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。目前主要依靠医生的临床经验以及瘢痕评估量表来鉴别增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩,这2种方法存在主观性强、重复性欠佳的缺点。皮肤镜是一种简便、无创的皮肤病诊断工具,可以观察到皮肤深层肉眼观察不到的细微色素改变和血管结构。高频超声可获得瘢痕的厚度、回声等多方面的信息。两者对于病理性瘢痕的诊断和疗效判定能够做出客观、实时的评价,有利于临床医生更好的选择治疗方案。目前关于皮肤镜及高频超声在病理性瘢痕的诊断及治疗评估方面应用较少,兹就病理性瘢痕的皮肤镜及高频超声特征研究进展进行综述,探讨皮肤镜和高频超声对病理性瘢痕在诊断与疗效判定方面的应用价值和前景。Pathological scars are attributed to the excessive proliferation of skin tissue following trauma,mainly including hypertrophic scars and keloids.At present,the distinction between hypertrophic scars and keloids primarily relies on doctor's clinical experience and scar assessment.These two methods suffer from the disadvantages of significant subjectivity and poor repeatability.The dermoscopy is a simple and non-invasive diagnostic tool for skin diseases,enabling the observation of the subtle changes in pigmentation and vascular structures within the deeper layers of skin that are imperceptible to the naked eye.The high-frequency ultrasound can obtain scar thickness,echo intensity and other information.Both of them can provide clinicians with objective and real-time evaluations on the diagnosis and eficacy of pathological scar,facilitating more informed treatment decisions.Currently,there are few applications of dermoscopy and highfrequency ultrasound in the diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of pathological scar.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the research progress on dermoscopic and high-frequency ultrasound features of pathological scar,while also discussing the application value and prospects of dermoscopy and high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosing and evaluating clinical curative effect of pathological scar.
