摘 要:以植酸和L-半胱氨酸为原料,通过一锅法合成了植酸/半胱氨酸(PA/Cys)阻燃涂层,将制备的PA/Cys涂层喷涂到尼龙/棉混纺材料中,通过红外光谱法、热重分析仪、极限氧指数及垂直燃烧等测试,探究植酸基生物涂层对尼龙/棉混纺织物热稳定性、阻燃性能和抑烟性能的影响。结果表明:PA/Cys喷涂能够显著改善尼龙/棉混纺材料的热稳定性、阻燃性能和抑烟性能。当PA/Cys喷涂两次时,尼龙/棉混纺材料的残炭率约为40%,较纯尼龙/棉混纺材料的残炭率提升了1.16倍。当PA/Cys喷涂两次时,尼龙/棉混纺织物的LOI值为26.6%,损毁长度为60 mm,续燃时间和阴燃时间均为0,TSP降至0.34 m^(2)。Phytic acid/cysteine(PA/Cys)flame retardant coating was synthesized by one-pot method with phytic acid and L-cysteine as raw materials,and the prepared PA/Cys coating was sprayed into nylon/cotton blended materials.The effects of phytic acid based biological coating on thermal stability,flame retardancy and smoke suppression of nylon/cotton blended fabrics were investigated by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer,limiting oxygen index and vertical combustion tests.The results show that PA/Cys spraying can significantly improve the thermal stability,flame retardancy and smoke suppression properties of nylon/cotton blended materials.When PA/Cys is sprayed twice,the carbon residue of nylon/cotton blended fabric is about 40%,which is 1.16 times higher than that of pure nylon/cotton blended fabric.When PA/Cys is sprayed twice,the LOI value of nylon/cotton blended fabric is 26.6%,the damaged length is 60 mm,the burning time and smoldering time are 0,and the TSP decreases to 0.34 m^(2).
