摘　　要：学术期刊是交流、传播最新学术研究成果的重要创新平台,也是学术成果、学术人才大量汇聚与合作的学术共同体资源平台。在新质生产力形成与发展中,学术期刊具有新质生产力的存在样态,是新能源、新材料、先进制造、电子信息等战略性新兴产业和未来产业获取前沿技术和颠覆性创新知识支持的重要渠道。因此,学术期刊要助推新质生产力形成:一是推动数字化发展,为新质生产力提供创新工具;二是发挥创新平台功能,为新质生产力提供发展新动能;三是发挥学术共同体功能,为新质生产力政策制定提供科学依据。Academic journals are an important innovation platform for interchange and dissemination of the latest academic research results,as well as an academic community resource platform for the gathering and cooperation of academic achievements and academic talents.In the formation and development of new qualitive productivity,academic journals have the existence form of new qualitive productivity,and are an important channel for strategic emerging industries and industries of the future such as new energy,new materials,advanced manufacturing,electronic information to obtain frontier technology and disruptive innovation knowledge support.Therefore,academic journals should promote the formation of new qualitive productivity.First is to promote digital development and provide innovative tools for new quality productivity;second is to play the function of innovation platform and provide new development impetus for new quality productivity;third is to play the function of academic community and provide scientific basis for the policy formulation of new quality productivity.
