摘　　要：集群建设是办好一流学术期刊、实现中国社科学术期刊高质量发展的重要路径。目前期刊集群建设研究与实践主要限于科技期刊,而社科期刊集群建设研究整体缺位。重庆市社科学术期刊集群(以下简称“社科集群”)建设萌生于2017年创办的“兴刊联谊”办刊经验座谈会,到2022年已成功举办9届,推动了重庆社科期刊集群化发展。根据重庆市委宣传部等主管部门和重庆市高校期刊研究会的战略规划和工作部署,重庆社科期刊集群以“兴刊联谊”办刊经验座谈会和社科期刊专委会为主要载体,于2023年全面启动。多年来,重庆社科期刊集群以全局谋划、个刊提升、跨域联动、理论探索四个方面为主要抓手,在核心期刊增量、影响因子增长、主题宣传出版诸方面取得了明显成就。重庆社科期刊集群发展形成了四条主要经验:一是抓好战略规划,整体分层发展;二是精品内容为王,高效传播为翼;三是遵循整体规律,施行一刊一策;四是狠抓队伍建设,编研比翼齐飞。重庆社科期刊集群发展具有重要的典型案例意义和价值,可以为办好一流学术期刊、实现中国社科学术期刊高质量发展提供理论方法和实践路径的启示与借鉴。Cluster construction is an important path to run first-class academic journals and achieve high-quality development of Chinese social science academic journals. At present, research on the construction of journal clusters is mainly limited to scientific and technological journals, and overall research on social science journal clusters is lacking. The construction of the social science academic journal cluster in Chongqing began with the establishment of the "Revitalizing Journal Symposium" publishing experience symposium in 2017. By 2022, it has successfully held 9 sessions, promoting the development of the social science journal cluster in Chongqing. According to the strategic planning and work deployment of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department and other competent departments, as well as the Chongqing University Journal Research Association, the Chongqing Social Science Cluster has been officially launched in 2023, with the "Revitalizing Journal Symposium" publishing experience symposium and the Social Science Journal Special Committee as the main carriers. For many years, the Chongqing Social Science Cluster has made significant achievements in core journal increment, impact factor growth, and theme promotion and publishing by focusing on four aspects: global planning, individual journal enhancement, cross domain linkage, and theoretical exploration. The development of Chongqing's social science cluster has formed four main experiences: firstly, focusing on strategic planning and overall hierarchical development;Secondly, high-quality content is the king, and efficient dissemination is the wing;Thirdly, follow the overall rules and implement one publication, one policy;The fourth is to vigorously promote team building and coordinate research and development.
