摘　　要：本文阐述产业集群、科技期刊集群的基本概念与特征,并对产业集群理论中的亚当·斯密分工理论、外部经济理论、工业区位论、新产业区理论、竞争优势理论进行梳理评述。综合各学者的观点,提出医学科技期刊集群化发展模式理论模型假说,分为三个层次:第一层为科技期刊集群的主体结构;第二层为科技期刊产业链中不同活动环节,它们在主体结构的保障下依托集群平台为用户提供面向科研全过程的专业化服务;第三层为影响科技期刊集群化发展的竞争力因素,认为需求条件、技术因素、市场因素、政府因素、人才因素和人文因素是可能影响期刊集群化发展的竞争优势因素。最后开展“渝出版”医学期刊集群实践,探索“学会+高校+企业”的专业期刊集群化发展模式,打造“渝出版”医学期刊集群平台——青囊集。This article elaborates on the basic concepts and characteristics of industrial clusters and technology journal clusters,and reviews Adam Smith’s division of labor theory,external economic theory,industrial location theory,new industrial zone theory,and competitive advantage theory in industrial cluster theory.Based on the perspectives of various scholars,a theoretical model hypothesis for the cluster development model of medical science and technology journals is proposed,which can be divided into three levels:the first level is the main structure of the cluster of science and technology journals;The second layer consists of different activity links in the science and technology journal industry chain,which,under the guarantee of the main structure,rely on cluster platforms to provide users with specialized services for the entire scientific research process;the third layer is the competitive factors that affect the development of scientific and technological journal clustering,which consider demand conditions,technological factors,market factors,government factors,talent factors,and humanistic factors as potential competitive advantage factors that may affect the development of journal clustering.Finally,we will carry out the“Chongqing Publishing”medical journal cluster practice,explore the professional journal cluster development model of“society+university+enterprise”,and create the“Chongqing Publishing”medical journal cluster platform:Qingnang Collection.
