摘　　要：基于问卷调查分析了高校科技期刊,特别是大学学报在高校建设中发挥的作用。提出可以从坚定办刊初心,持续打造内容建设出发构建科技期刊服务能力,具体可以从强化学科优势,注重专刊选题策划、聚焦科技前沿,关注国家重大需求、纵览交叉领域,凝练自身办刊特色、借助特殊事件,把握绝佳约稿契机、助力人才成长,打造学术交流平台几个方面组织专题专栏,提升期刊的服务能力。Based on a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the role of university science and technology journals,especially university journals,in the construction of universities.It is proposed that the service capacity of scientific and technological journals can be built based on firmly establish the original intention of running a journal and continuously create content.Specifically,special columns can be organized from several aspects,such as strengthening discipline advantages,focusing on topic selection planning for special journals,focusing on the forefront of science and technology,paying attention to major national needs,surveying cross fields,refining their own characteristics of running a journal,using special events,grasping the excellent opportunity for soliciting contributions,assisting talent growth,and creating an academic exchange platform.
