学科刊群平台对学科建设的促进作用

摘  要:本研究以国内外几家主流出版机构为调研对象,比较研究了单刊学术服务模式和出版集团的学术服务模式,在此基础上分析英国物理学会(IOP)学术服务平台的科研服务内容和效果,从理论上概述学科刊群平台对学科建设的促进作用。学科刊群平台可为科研提供的服务包括:第一,做好期刊的出版工作,促进学术交流与传播;第二,利用期刊的出版知识为学者服务,实现知识服务;第三,为科研人员牵线搭桥,促进科研人员合作;第四,承办相关领域学术会议和论坛,参与学术共同体建设;第五,充分利用会议系统、直播平台等多媒体系统,实现立体化多元化传播;第六,搭建学科刊群相关数据库,充分发掘科研领域数据资源。Taking IOP academic service platform as an example,this study selected several main stream publishing institutions as research objects,collected and sorted relevant data,combined with the characteristics of scientific journals sponsored by the Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences,and based on the existing contents of academic service,analyzed the content and effect of scientific research service that can be realized by academic service platform.In this paper,the promoting function of subject journals to subject construction is summarized theoretically.The services provided by subject journals include:(1)do a good job in the publication of journals,promote academic exchange and communication;(2)use the publishing knowledge of periodicals to serve scholars and realize knowledge service;(3)make connections for researchers and promote cooperation among them;(4)to organize academic conferences and forums in related fields and participate in the construction of academic community;(5)make full use of multimedia systems such as conference system and live broadcasting platform to realize multi-dimensional communication;(6)build the database related to subject journals,and fully explore the data resources in the scientific research field.
