摘　　要：审编校领域的传统主体性功能是学术期刊编辑的基本职业功能和立身之本,学术期刊编辑要坚守和夯实传统主体性功能,并紧跟融媒体时代发展步伐,紧抓“双一流”建设历史机遇,通过扩展主体性功能加快角色转型,更好服务于学术期刊发展。学术期刊编辑要主动把握融媒体发展趋势,应用新媒体技术对学术信息进行二次加工和传播,促进学术期刊数字化发展。新时代学术期刊编辑通过创办高起点英文学术期刊,融入“双一流”建设,促进学科发展;主动承担人才培养的重要任务,做研究生的“兼职导师”。学术期刊编辑通过策划学术研究、组织学术生产、举办学术会议为期刊高质量发展汇聚学术资源,将学术研究和探索出版规律作为工作的重要组成部分,并在出版实践中不断优化工作模式。The traditional subjectivity function in the field of editorial and proofreading is the basic professional function and foundation of academic journal editors.Academic journal editors should adhere to and strengthen the traditional subjectivity function,keep up with the development pace of the era of integrated media,seize the historical opportunity of building the"Double First Class",and accelerate the role transformation by expanding the subjectivity function to better serve the development of academic journals.Academic journal editors should actively grasp the development trend of integrated media,apply new media technology to secondary processing and dissemination of academic information,and promote the digital development of academic journals.Editors of academic journals in the new era promote the development of disciplines by establishing high starting English academic journals and integrating them into the"Double First Class"construction.Proactively undertake the important task of talent cultivation and serve as a"part-time supervisor"for graduate students.Academic journal editors gather academic resources for the high-quality development of journals by planning academic research,organizing academic production,and organizing academic conferences,but also make academic research and exploration of publishing laws an important component of work,and continuously optimize work models in publishing practice.
