摘　　要：明确科技期刊建立青年编委会的目的,分析青年编委会的职能定位及工作内容,并以此展开《环境工程学报》青年编委会组织架构设计,确立青年编委的遴选条件及遴选方式,以及制定严谨、实施缜密的招募及遴选方案。在“大编委会+小编辑部”理念驱动下,青年编委充分参与到编辑部的具体工作中,可以优化稿件质量控制、组稿约稿等工作流程,从而提高期刊出版效率、丰富出版内容、提升出版质量和学术影响力。学报青年编委的遴选及青年编委会的运行既具有共性又有独特性,可为其他期刊提供参考。This paper makes clear the purpose of establishing the youth editorial committee of science and technology journals,analyzes its functional positioning and work content,and then carries out the organizational structure design of the Youth Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering based on this,establishes the selection conditions and methods of the youth editorial committee,and formulates a rigorous and rigorous recruitment and selection plan.In order to implement the concept of"big editorial board+small editorial office",the work of young editorial board is combined with the optimization of manuscript quality control,manuscript selection and other workflow,which improves the efficiency of journal publishing,enriches the content of journal publishing,and improves the quality of journal publishing.The selection of the youth editorial board and its operating mechanism are both common and unique,which can provide reference for other journals.
