摘　　要：针对新入职编辑,尽快适应工作岗位,首先应提高编校技能,结合工作实际逐渐积累经验;其次要强化知识学习,通过一些方法不断加强基础知识学习;再次,锤炼编校技能,在反复的编校文稿中总结出一套自身的工作经验。要达到编校的更高阶段,还要以“工匠精神”为引领,不断鞭策自己在工作实践中精益求精,让自己成为优秀编校匠。For new editors,how to adapt to the job as soon as possible,I think that we should first improve the editing and editing skills,and gradually accumulate experience based on the actual work,and propose some methods,namely:strengthening knowledge learning is the basis;method+practice,hone editing and editing skills;In the higher stages of editing,you should also forge yourself into an excellent editor.
