摘　　要：随着数字技术的迅速发展,数字乡村建设逐渐成为缓解相对贫困、推动农民农村共同富裕的关键因素。在理论分析数字乡村建设、相对贫困缓解和农民农村共同富裕三者关系的基础上,采用2010—2022年省级面板数据,探究数字乡村建设对农民农村共同富裕的影响效应,以及相对贫困缓解在二者间的传导机制。研究结果显示:数字乡村建设可显著促进农民农村共同富裕。进一步研究发现,相比东部地区而言,数字乡村建设对中部、东北和西部农民农村共同富裕的驱动作用较弱。中介效应检验结果表明,数字乡村建设通过促进相对贫困缓解驱动农民农村共同富裕。经过内生性和稳健性检验后,上述结论未发生较大变化,反映研究结论较为可靠。对此,提出着力打造数字乡村建设高地、纵深驱动各地区数字乡村均衡发展和构建相对贫困缓解长效机制的建议。研究结论有助于政府加快推动数字乡村建设进程,合理制定相对贫困缓解政策法规,对于驱动农民农村共同富裕发展具有重要借鉴意义。With the rapid development of digital technology,digital rural construction has gradually become a key factor in alleviating relative poverty and promoting common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.On the basis of theoretical analysis of the relationship between digital rural construction,relative poverty alleviation,and common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,this study uses provincial panel data from 2010 to 2022 to explore the impact of digital rural construction on common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,as well as the transmission mechanism of relative poverty alleviation between the two.The research results show that digital rural construction can significantly promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Further research has found that compared to the eastern region,the driving effect of digital rural construction on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in the central,northeastern,and western regions is relatively weak.The results of the mediation effect test indicate that the construction of digital rural areas drives the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas by promoting relative poverty alleviation.After endogeneity and robustness testing,the above conclusions have not undergone significant changes,indicating that the research conclusions are relatively reliable.Suggestions are proposed to focus on building a highland for digital rural construction,driving the balanced development of digital rural areas in various regions in-depth,and building a long-term mechanism for alleviating relative poverty.The research conclusion will help the government accelerate the process of promoting digital rural construction,formulate reasonable policies and regulations to alleviate relative poverty,and have important reference significance for driving the common prosperity and development of farmers and rural areas.
