摘 要:为确保设备安全稳定运行,提出一种基于无线通信技术的电气设备温度监测方法。使用热敏电阻温度传感器采集设备的实时温度数据,并基于无线通信技术构建电气设备温度监测系统,完成电气设备温度数据传输。将温度数据传输到监测中心的PC端处理器,实现电气设备温度的智能监测。实验结果表明,所提方法传输的温度数据与实际温度数据的温差小于1.1℃,验证了该方法能够完成电气设备温度的实时在线监测,实现电气设备状态的全面监控和智能化管理。To ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment,a temperature monitoring method for electrical equipment based on wireless communication technology is proposed.Use a thermistor temperature sensor to collect real-time temperature data from the device,and build an electrical equipment temperature monitoring system based on wireless communication technology to complete the transmission of electrical equipment temperature data.Transfer temperature data to the PC processor of the monitoring center to achieve intelligent monitoring of electrical equipment temperature.The experimental results show that the temperature difference between the temperature data transmitted by the proposed method and the actual temperature data is less than 1.1℃,which verifies that the method can achieve real-time online monitoring of electrical equipment temperature,achieve comprehensive monitoring and intelligent management of electrical equipment status.
