摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,传统城市管理模式面临着前所未有的挑战,采集集中、统一处理的管理体系已经不能满足现代化城市管理的需求,基于信息化、技术化的“数字城市”成为城市信息化建设的新愿景。文中以J2EE、.NET平台为依托,引入4G技术、GIS定位技术、数据库技术等,构建了基于移动终端的城市管理信息系统。经过测试,该系统基本功能正常,能满足城市管理的各类需求。With the acceleration of urbanization,the traditional urban management model is facing unprecedented challenges.The management system of centralized collection and unified processing can no longer meet the needs of modern urban management.Informatization and technological"digital city"have become the new vision of urban informatization construction.Relying on J2EE and.NET platforms,4G technology,GIS positioning technology,database technology,etc.are introduced to build an urban management information system based on mobile end points.After testing,the basic functions of the system are normal and can meet various needs of urban management.
