摘　　要：在信息技术快速发展的今天,医院信息化战略的核心——电子病历系统,正逐渐成为衡量医疗体系现代化程度的关键。文中从电子病历系统的演变出发,综合论述了其核心功能与技术需求,详细分析了电子病历系统评级对医疗质量和医疗安全的影响。另外,文中着眼于电子病历评级标准的制定、实施细节及移动信息技术的融入,揭示了评级过程如何推动医院的信息化建设,最终指出了相关工作面临的挑战与发展前景。In today̓s rapid development of information technology,the core of hospital informatization strategy-electronic medical record system is gradually becoming the key to measure the modernization of the medical system.Starting from the evolution of electronic medical record system,this paper comprehensively discusses its core functions and technical requirements,and analyzes in detail the impact of electronic medical record system rating on medical quality and medical safety.In addition,this paper focuses on the formulation and implementation details of electronic medical record rating standards and the integration of mobile information technology,revealing how the rating process promotes hospital informatization construction,and finally points out the challenges and development prospects facing related work.
