摘 要:为提高机电控制系统的稳定性和可靠性,文中提出了一种基于物联网的故障检测与诊断方法。该方法利用物联网传感器实时监测系统运行状态,通过数据分析和模式识别技术来识别潜在的故障。同时,讨论了故障检测后的诊断策略,以便及时采取修复措施,减少系统停机现象。实验结果表明,基于物联网的机电控制系统故障检测与诊断方法具有较高的准确性和实用性,能有效提升系统的可靠性,降低维护成本。In order to improve the stability and reliability of electromechanical control systems,this paper proposes a fault detection and diagnosis method based on the Internet of Things.This method utilizes IoT sensors to monitor the real-time operation status of the system,and identifies potential faults through data analysis and pattern recognition techniques.At the same time,diagnostic strategies for fault detection were discussed in order to take timely repair measures and reduce system downtime.The experimental results show that the fault detection and diagnosis method for electromechanical control systems based on the Internet of Things has high accuracy and practicality,which can effectively improve the reliability of the system and reduce maintenance costs.
