摘  要:文中设计、研发并验证了一种基于大数据技术的政企客户网络质量管理系统,成功克服了数据获取困难,数据量大,网络质量难以评估的问题,并通过数据建模、网络质量分层计算、线路问题智能协助等方式,为操作者提供了一个可以体现客户网路质量的评分,针对质差的网络提供智能的优化方案,快速提升客户网络质量。文中面临的技术瓶颈包括各类数据的接入及海量数据提取,网络质量评估计算模型的搭建以及质差网络故障的智能定位。针对上述难点,文中提出了相应的解决思路,包含建立以客户为中心的政企客户数据模型,并基于模型接入各类数据;根据网络业务端到端业务质量的特点,提出网络质量评估模型,并借助机器学习的故障快速定位方法。另外,文中通过工程化实施进行验证,提升了客户的网络服务体验,并探讨了未来的研究方向。This paper designs,develops and verifies a government-enterprise customer network quality management system based on big data technology,which successfully overcomes the difficulties of data acquisition,large data volume,and difficult to evaluate network quality.Through data modeling,network quality hierarchical calculation,intelligent assistance for line problems,etc.,it provides the operator with a score that can reflect the quality of the customer̓s network,and provides intelligent optimization solutions for poor-quality networks to quickly improve the quality of the customer̓s network.The technical bottlenecks faced in this paper include access to various types of data and massive data extraction,construction of network quality assessment calculation models,and intelligent positioning of poor-quality network faults.In response to the above difficulties,the paper proposes corresponding solutions,including establishing a customer-centric government-enterprise customer data model and accessing various data based on the model;according to the characteristics of end-to-end service quality of network services,a network quality evaluation model is proposed,and a fast fault location method with the help of machine learning is proposed.In addition,the paper verifies through engineering implementation to improve the customer̓s network service experience,and discusses future research methods.
