摘 要:【目的】为了解型钢支撑结构及混凝土支撑结构与不同类型围护墙体系的适配性,采用数值模拟方法对其进行研究。【方法】选择有限元软件来分析型钢支撑结构及混凝土支撑结构与不同围护桩体系组合情况下,基坑周边土体的变形情况及其变化规律。【结果】当3种实际工程常用围护结构均采用相同支撑材料时,钻孔灌注桩对基坑周边土体的竖向位移控制效果最佳,等厚度水泥土搅拌桩(trench cutting re-mixing deep wall,TRD)工法桩次之。采用不同支撑材料时,钻孔灌注桩组合型钢支撑对基坑周边土体的竖向位移控制效果最佳,其次分别是型钢水泥土搅拌桩(soil mixed wall,SMW)工法桩、TRD工法桩两种型钢内插式围护结构组合混凝土支撑。钻孔灌注桩更适合组合型钢支撑,SMW工法桩和TRD工法桩更适合组合混凝土支撑;不同的组合支护形式下,整体的水平位移曲线与竖向位移曲线分布趋势都主要取决于围护结构的选用,而支撑则是在位移曲线走向的基础上对组合支护基坑的周边土体位移控制效果产生影响。【结论】本研究结果可为软土地基下基坑工程的组合支护选型提供理论参考。[Objective]In order to understand the adaptability of steel internal support structures,concrete internal support structures,and different types of retaining wall systems,the numerical simulation method was employed to study them.[Method]The finite element software was selected to analyze the deformation and variation patterns of the surrounding soil of the foundation pit under different combinations of steel internal support structures and concrete internal support structures with different retaining pile systems.[Result]When the same support material is used for the three commonly used retaining structures in practical engineering,the vertical displacement control effect of the bored pile on the surrounding soil is the optimal,followed by the trench cutting re-mixing deep wall(TRD)construction method pile.When different supporting materials are used,the combinaed steel support of drilled cast-in-place pile and steel support has a better vertical displacement control effect on the surrounding soil of the foundation pit,followed by the combinaed steel support of retaining structures of steel reinforced cement soil mixed wall(SMW)construction method pile and TRD construction method pile.Drilled cast-in-place pile is more suitable for combined steel support,while SMW and TRD piles are more suitable for combined concrete support;under different combinations of support forms,the overall distribution trend of horizontal displacement curve and vertical displacement curve mainly depends on the selection of retaining structures,while the support affects the overall displacement control effect of the surrounding soil of foundation pit with combined support based on the trend of the displacement curve.[Conclusion]The results of this study can provide theoretical reference for the selection of combined support for the foundation pit under soft soil foundation in practical engineering.
