摘 要:总氮以硝态氮为主的污水目前大部分项目仍采用AO工艺处理,回流比大,投资运行成本高。采用脱氮型EGSB对高硝态氮污水进行处理,容积负荷1.0 kg/(m^(3)·d),循环回流比300%,上升流速4 m/h,硝态氮从712 mg/L可降低至150 mg/L。比同等水质条件下的AO工艺节省用地约7~9倍,投资成本节省3倍以上,运行药剂及电耗费用也更节省,具有良好的投资成本优势、生产运行优势。At present,most projects of total nitrogen wastewater mainly containing nitrate nitrogen are still treated by AO process,with large reflux ratio and high investment and operation cost.EGSB is used to treat high nitrate nitrogen wastewater,with a volume load of 1.O kg/(m^(3)·d),a circulation reflux ratio of 300%,and an upflow velocity of 4 m/h,the nitrate nitrogen can be reduced from 712 mg/L to 150 mg/L.Compared with AO process under the same water quality conditions,it can save about 7~9 times of land,more than 3 times of investment cost,and more savings in operation pharmaceuticals and power consumption.It has good investment cost advanta-ges and production and operation advantages.
