摘 要:针对传统基坑水平位移监测方法监测成本高、自动化程度低、数据时效性差等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉测量的基坑水平位移监测方法。利用机器视觉采集基坑实时图像,通过灰度化、平滑降噪、图像增强等图像预处理步骤后,对图像进行特征提取与关键点匹配,确定标靶中心点坐标;再利用坐标转换和像素比例算法对连续图像的标靶像素中心点位置进行匹配计算,实现基坑水平位移测量。此外,通过实测模拟分析实验得出了影响机器视觉测量仪监测精度的因素,并拟合出对应关系式。通过实际工程应用分析,验证了机器视觉测量技术与传统监测技术在监测结果上具有高度的一致性,且自动化程度高,为机器视觉测量技术在基坑位移监测的应用上提供了新思路。Aiming at the problems of traditional foundation pit horizontal displacement monitoring methods such as high monitoring cost,low degree of automation,and poor data timeliness,a horizontal displacement monitoring method for foundation pits based on machine vision measurement was proposed.Use machine vision to collect real-time images of foundation pits,and then go through image preprocessing steps such as grayscale,smooth noise reduction,and image enhancement,feature extraction and key point matching are performed on the image to determine the coordinates of the target center point,then coordinate conversion and pixel ratio algorithms are used to match and calculate the position of the target pixel center point of the continuous image to achieve horizontal displacement measurement of the foundation pit.In addition,through actual measurement simulation analysis experiments,the factors affecting the monitoring accuracy of the machine vision measuring instrument were obtained,and the corresponding relationship formulas were fited.Through actual engineering application analysis,it has been verified that machine vision measurement technology and traditional monitoring technology have a high degree of consistency in monitoring results,and a high degree of automation,providing new ideas for the application of machine vision measurement technology in displacement monitoring of foundation pits.
